Welcome to Kay Innovates. By working with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Scope of Work
All services provided will be clearly outlined in the client proposal, quote, or agreement. Any changes to scope must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.
Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to begin all once-off projects.
- The balance is due upon project completion or prior to final delivery.
- Monthly retainer payments are due based on the agreed upon date by both parties.
Turnaround & Revisions
Timelines will be agreed upon at the start of the project.
Each package includes a set number of revisions (stated in the proposal). Additional changes may incur extra fees.
Ownership & Usage Rights
Final approved designs and deliverables belong to the client.
Kay Innovates retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy
Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable.
Either party may cancel with written notice. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Liability Disclaimer
Kay Innovates is not responsible for:
- Third-party software issues
- Client-provided content errors
- Website performance once handed over (unless under ongoing support)
Communication
We value clear and respectful communication. Most contact will be via WhatsApp, email or scheduled calls.
Communication only takes place in our working hours, unless disscused otherwise and agreed upon by both parties.
